There is no nonsense with James he arrives on time does his job and barely stops to eat or drink. We listen to his advice and have always had a successful outcome. His prices are always reasonable so much so that now we do do not ask for a price James just does what he says he is going to do.
Our business has been running for nearly fifty years now and we have seen over that time many plumbers some good some bad. James is in our opinion one of the best and will help out in whatever situation. We cannot speak highly enough of him.

We've been very pleased with the work that Dean Gas Services have carried out for us. We had issues with our boiler over the Christmas holiday period and James went out of his way to make sure that we had heating during this time. We have recently had a fire and Baxi boiler removed together with two upstairs water tanks and replaced with a combi boiler. James carried out the work himself and we would thoroughly recommend him. From the start James was prompt in giving us an estimate and then when we confirmed gave us a start date of only a few weeks ahead. He arrived promptly each day and worked very hard throughout. He left everything very clean and tidy at the end of the day. James was always friendly and polite. He was also considerate and ensured that we had sufficient water left in the tank to heat for showers the next day. The work went smoothly and we were impressed.
