We offer one off servicing or, as many of our customers chose, we can put you in the diary for yearly servicing with an email reminder service (or a phone call if you prefer) which will help you plan your next years service.

We also have access to a plethora of downloadable literature from manufacturers, so if you don't have a manual don't worry as we can always find the answers.
Landlords gas safety checks
By law, if you rent your property out you must have a 'Landlords Gas Safety Check'. If you don't then you risk prosecution.
We offer a full Landlord Service which includes checking the gas carcass for integrity and faults, servicing all appliances owned by the Landlord and visual checks on all appliances owned by the Tenant (e.g. cookers).
We can take all the hassle out of the maintenance of the gas system by reminding you when your next check is due and, if you wish, liaise directly with the tenant to arrange access.
Additionally, we are happy for the tenants to contact us directly with any faults and we can liaise with you before any work is carried out, stating the nature of the fault, remedial works required and provide you with an accurate quote.
For Landlords with multiple properties we can offer a discounted price for multiple landlord checks carried out on the same day, call us for details.
